扒舞搭子（DanceCopilot）是一款离线优先的舞蹈练习应用。当前版本不提供注册账号，不运营用户云端资料库，也不收集用于广告或分析的遥测数据。本政策说明你使用本应用时，我们如何处理与练习功能有关的信息。

请在使用前阅读本政策。如果不同意，请停止使用本应用。

一、应用基本信息

应用名称：扒舞搭子（DanceCopilot）

扒舞搭子用于在本机完成舞蹈练习，主要包括：从相册或文件导入视频、本机节拍分析、变速与镜像、逐帧笔记、电子数拍、人物跟踪直拍、双视频对齐与合成导出、前置镜头跟练镜子、跟练录制，以及本机练习记录和个人资料。

二、我们处理的信息

1. 你导入的视频和音频

当你从系统相册或文件选择器导入视频时，应用会在本机处理你主动选择的文件，用于播放、节拍分析、练习、笔记、直拍、对比和导出。当前版本不会把导入的视频上传到开发者服务器，也不会将其用于广告、用户画像或其他与练舞无关的用途。

2. 节拍分析与电子数拍

使用节拍分析或电子数拍时，应用会在本机处理导入视频中的音频，用于识别节拍并生成数拍。分析在设备本地完成。音频不会被用于建立兴趣画像，也不会出售或提供给广告商。

3. 人物跟踪直拍

生成直拍时，应用会在本机分析画面中的人物位置，用于生成跟踪人物的练习视频。原始视频和直拍结果保存在本机；只有你选择保存时，才会写入系统相册。我们不会把这些视频用于广告，或用于与本应用无关的模型训练。

4. 相机和麦克风

跟练镜子使用前置镜头在本机显示画面，不会因此上传视频。只有你主动拍摄时，应用才会录制练习视频。麦克风仅用于拍摄时录入现场音乐和动作声音。这些权限只在你进入相应功能并授权后使用。

录制文件会先保存在本机。你选择保留或保存到相册后，应用会按本机文件管理处理临时文件。我们不会把录制视频上传到开发者服务器。

5. 本地项目、笔记、练习记录和个人资料

应用可能在设备本地保存：

  • 项目名称和视频文件
  • 节拍分析结果
  • 播放、镜像和其他练习设置
  • 逐帧笔记
  • 双视频对齐与对比设置
  • 练习记录
  • 你填写的昵称、简介和头像
  • 语言偏好

这些信息用于重新打开项目、恢复练习状态，以及在「我的」中展示本机资料。它们仅用于本机展示和功能恢复，不会上传，也不会用于建立开发者侧用户档案。

6. 本机权益状态与会员

为了在本机识别试用及会员权益状态，应用会在这台 iPhone 的 Keychain 中保存最少量的本地状态记录。该记录可能在卸载后继续保留，不同步至 iCloud，不绑定开发者账号，也不会上传至我们的服务器。

终身会员是一次性买断，不自动续费。购买、恢复购买和退款由 Apple 处理。我们只读取 Apple 提供并验证的商品、交易和权益状态，不会收到你的银行卡号，也不会自行扣费。

7. 你主动发送的邮件

本应用不要求你提供邮箱，也不包含反馈上传表单。应用内「反馈与联系」只展示开发者邮箱，供你复制后通过外部邮件客户端自行联系。如果你主动发信，邮件服务会向我们显示发件地址和邮件内容；这些信息仅用于处理你的咨询、会员问题或产品反馈。请避免提交与反馈无关的敏感信息。

三、系统权限使用说明

1. 相册权限

相册权限用于：

  • 从相册导入你选择的舞蹈视频
  • 将跟练拍摄、分解视频、对比视频和直拍视频保存到系统相册（仅在你选择保存时）
  • 在你确认后，删除对应的相册视频

你可以在 iOS「设置」中随时修改相册权限。

2. 相机权限

相机权限用于前置镜头跟练镜子，以及你选择拍摄时录制练习视频。关闭后，跟练拍摄将无法使用，但导入、分解、笔记和对比等其他功能仍可使用。

3. 麦克风权限

麦克风权限用于拍摄跟练视频时录入现场声音。拒绝该权限后，跟练录制无法开始，其他功能仍可使用。仅使用跟练镜子时，不必打开麦克风。

四、信息的使用目的

我们仅在提供以下功能所必需的范围内处理相关信息：

  • 导入、播放和练习舞蹈视频
  • 完成本机节拍分析和电子数拍
  • 生成人物跟踪直拍
  • 添加笔记、对齐双视频并导出
  • 使用跟练镜子和录制练习
  • 保存并恢复本机项目、练习记录和个人资料
  • 完成 Apple 购买与恢复购买
  • 回复你主动发送的邮件

我们不会将上述信息用于：

  • 个性化广告
  • 出售个人信息
  • 建立用户画像
  • 建立开发者侧用户档案
  • 与无关的第三方共享
  • 训练与本应用无关的人工智能模型

五、信息共享和第三方服务

当前版本不要求注册账号，也不提供社交发布、聊天或云端项目同步。

  • 我们不会向广告平台提供你的视频或音频
  • 我们不会出售你的信息
  • 我们不会把视频、音频、笔记或个人资料上传到开发者服务器
  • 我们不使用广告追踪或跨 App 追踪

本应用会使用 Apple 提供的系统能力，例如相册、相机、麦克风、照片与视频处理框架，以及用于购买和恢复购买的 StoreKit。Apple 仅在提供相应系统功能所需的范围内处理相关数据，并按照其权限、安全和隐私规则提供保护。

打开本政策页面时，设备会访问 dancecopilot.cn。网站托管服务可能处理完成网页传输、安全防护和故障排查所需的 IP 地址、浏览器信息和基础访问日志；这些信息不会用于广告、用户画像或跨 App 追踪，并由托管服务按照其安全规则和必要期限处理。

如果以后接入新的第三方服务，或改变信息处理方式，我们会更新本政策。

六、信息的保存和删除

1. 保存位置

项目视频、笔记、练习记录、个人资料和设置保存在你的设备本地，直至你删除相应项目或内容，或卸载本应用。用于识别试用及会员权益状态的本地 Keychain 记录，是卸载后仍可能保留的例外。已经保存到系统相册的视频，由你在「照片」中管理。系统设备备份是否包含应用数据，由你的 iOS 设置决定。

2. 删除方式

你可以通过以下方式删除相关数据：

  • 在应用内删除单个项目
  • 在「存储」页清理可再生成的缓存；清理不会删除视频、笔记、录制、个人资料或本机权益状态记录
  • 在「照片」中管理已经保存到相册的视频
  • 删除本应用，以清除应用沙盒中的本地数据

卸载后，Keychain 中的本机权益状态记录通常仍会保留。相册里的视频不会随卸载自动删除。删除项目前，请确认你不再需要相关内容。

如果仍有与你相关的数据需要处理，可通过本政策末尾的邮箱联系我们。

如果你主动发送邮件，发件地址和邮件内容仅在处理咨询、解决争议、履行必要法律义务或合理维护支持记录所需期间保留；你可以通过同一邮箱请求删除。

七、你的隐私选择

你可以：

  • 允许或拒绝相册、相机和麦克风权限
  • 在 iOS「设置」中修改已经授予的权限
  • 删除单个项目
  • 清理可再生成的缓存
  • 删除已经保存到相册的视频
  • 停止使用并删除本应用

拒绝某项权限，不会影响其他不依赖该权限的功能。

八、儿童隐私

本应用不是专门面向未满 14 周岁儿童的服务。

我们不会主动收集儿童的姓名、联系方式、精确位置或其他用于识别身份的信息。由于当前版本主要在设备本地处理视频和项目数据，我们也不会主动建立儿童用户档案。

如果监护人认为未成年人在未经同意的情况下向我们提供了个人信息，请通过下方邮箱联系我们。

九、政策更新

如果应用功能、数据处理方式或相关法律要求发生变化，我们可能会更新本政策。更新后会在本页面发布，并更新生效日期。若发生重大变化，我们会根据适用法律以适当方式提示。

DanceCopilot is an offline-first dance practice app. The current version has no account system, no cloud user database, and no advertising or analytics telemetry. This policy explains how information related to practice features is handled when you use the app.

Please read this policy before using the app. If you do not agree, stop using DanceCopilot.

1. About DanceCopilot

App name: DanceCopilot (扒舞搭子)

DanceCopilot helps you practice on your device. Its features include importing videos from Photos or Files, on-device beat analysis, speed and mirroring, frame notes, electronic counting, person-tracked direct-shot video, two-video alignment and export, a front-camera practice mirror, practice recording, and on-device practice records and profile details.

2. Information we process

2.1 Videos and audio you import

When you import a video from Photos or the file picker, the app processes the file you selected on your device for playback, beat analysis, practice, notes, direct shot, comparison, and export. The current version does not upload imported videos to a developer-operated server, and does not use them for advertising, profiling, or purposes unrelated to dance practice.

2.2 Beat analysis and electronic counting

When you use beat analysis or electronic counting, the app processes audio from the imported video on your device to identify beats and generate counting. This analysis stays on the device. Audio is not used to build an interest profile and is not sold or provided to advertisers.

2.3 Person-tracked direct shot

When you generate a direct-shot video, the app analyzes person positions on your device to produce a practice clip that follows the dancer. Source videos and results stay on the device; they are written to Photos only if you choose to save them. We do not use these videos for advertising or to train models unrelated to this app.

2.4 Camera and microphone

The practice mirror uses the front camera to show a local preview and does not upload that video. The app records only when you start filming. The microphone is used only to capture live music and movement sound while recording. These permissions are used only after you enter the relevant feature and grant access.

Recordings are stored on your device first. After you keep a clip or save it to Photos, temporary files are handled by the app’s local file management. We do not upload recorded videos to a developer-operated server.

2.5 Local projects, notes, practice records, and profile

The app may store the following on your device:

  • Project names and video files
  • Beat-analysis results
  • Playback, mirror, and other practice settings
  • Frame notes
  • Two-video alignment and comparison settings
  • Practice records
  • The nickname, bio, and avatar you enter
  • Language preference

This information is used to reopen projects, restore practice state, and show your on-device profile. It is used only for on-device display and feature restoration, is not uploaded, and is not used to build a developer-side user profile.

2.6 On-device entitlement status and membership

To recognize trial and membership entitlement status on this iPhone, the app stores a minimal local state record in Keychain. This record may remain after uninstall, is not synced with iCloud, is not tied to a developer account, and is not uploaded to our servers.

Lifetime membership is a one-time purchase with no auto-renewal. Purchases, restorations, and refunds are handled by Apple. We only read Apple-provided and verified product, transaction, and entitlement status needed to unlock features. We do not receive your payment card details and do not charge you ourselves.

2.7 Email you send us

The app does not require you to provide an email address and does not include an uploaded feedback form. In-app Feedback & contact only shows the developer email address for you to copy and use in an external email client. If you choose to email us, the email service shows us your sender address and message. We use them only to handle your inquiry, membership question, or product feedback. Please avoid sending sensitive information unrelated to your request.

3. System permissions

3.1 Photo Library

Photo Library access is used to:

  • Import dance videos you select
  • Save practice recordings, breakdown videos, comparison videos, and direct-shot videos when you choose to save them
  • Delete the corresponding Photos videos after you confirm

You can change Photo Library access in iOS Settings at any time.

3.2 Camera

Camera access is used for the front-camera practice mirror and to record when you choose to film. If you turn it off, practice recording will not work, but import, breakdown, notes, and comparison remain available.

3.3 Microphone

Microphone access is used to capture live sound while filming a practice video. If you deny this permission, practice recording cannot start, but other features remain available. The practice mirror does not require the microphone.

4. How we use information

We process information only as needed to:

  • Import, play, and practice with dance videos
  • Run on-device beat analysis and electronic counting
  • Generate person-tracked direct-shot video
  • Add notes, align two videos, and export
  • Use the practice mirror and record practice
  • Save and restore local projects, practice records, and profile details
  • Complete Apple purchases and restore purchases
  • Reply to email you send us

We do not use this information for:

  • Personalized advertising
  • Selling personal information
  • Building user profiles
  • Building a developer-side user profile
  • Sharing with unrelated third parties
  • Training artificial-intelligence models unrelated to this app

5. Sharing and third-party services

The current version does not require registration and does not offer social posting, messaging, or cloud project sync.

  • We do not provide your videos or audio to advertising platforms
  • We do not sell your information
  • We do not upload videos, audio, notes, or profile details to a developer-operated server
  • We do not use advertising tracking or tracking across apps

The app uses Apple system capabilities, including Photos, camera, microphone, photo and video frameworks, and StoreKit for purchases and restorations. Apple processes related data only as needed to provide those system features and protects it under its permission, security, and privacy rules.

Opening this policy page contacts dancecopilot.cn. The website hosting service may process the IP address, browser information, and basic access logs needed to deliver the page, protect the service, and troubleshoot failures. This information is not used for advertising, profiling, or tracking across apps, and is handled by the hosting service under its security rules and for the necessary period.

If we add new third-party services or change how information is processed, we will update this policy.

6. Storage and deletion

6.1 Where data is stored

Project videos, notes, practice records, profile details, and settings stay on your device until you delete the relevant project or content, or uninstall the app. The local Keychain record used to recognize trial and membership entitlement status is an exception that may remain after uninstall. Videos saved to Photos are managed by you in the Photos app. Whether system backups include app data follows your iOS settings.

6.2 How to delete data

You can delete related data by:

  • Deleting an individual project in the app
  • Clearing regenerable cache on the Storage page; this does not delete videos, notes, recordings, profile details, or the on-device entitlement status record
  • Managing videos already saved to Photos in the Photos app
  • Deleting the app to remove local data in the app sandbox

After uninstall, the on-device entitlement status record in Keychain usually remains. Videos in Photos are not deleted automatically when you delete the app. Confirm you no longer need a project before deleting it.

If you believe other information still needs to be handled, contact us using the email below.

If you choose to email us, the sender address and message are retained only as needed to handle the inquiry, resolve disputes, meet necessary legal obligations, or reasonably maintain support records. You may use the same email address to request deletion.

7. Your privacy choices

You may:

  • Allow or deny Photo Library, camera, and microphone access
  • Change previously granted permissions in iOS Settings
  • Delete individual projects
  • Clear regenerable cache
  • Delete videos already saved to Photos
  • Stop using the app and delete it

Denying a permission does not affect features that do not need that permission.

8. Children’s privacy

DanceCopilot is not directed to children under 14.

We do not intentionally collect children’s names, contact details, precise location, or other information intended to identify them. Because the current version processes videos and project data locally, we also do not intentionally create profiles for child users.

If a parent or guardian believes a minor has provided personal information without permission, please contact us using the email below.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if the app’s features, data practices, or applicable legal requirements change. The updated policy will be published on this page with a new effective date. If there are significant changes, we will provide notice through appropriate means when required.
